Pattern - BABY RUFFLE PANTS by Betsy Kingston (0-36mths)

A cute little nappy cover with three ruffles, elasticized waist and legs. Easy fit style and can be used for fitting over a cloth nappy.

Fabrics

Medium Weight to Light Weight Quilting or Cotton Fabrics, gingham, light weight corduroy or denim and other light weight washable blends. Also suitable for material with some stretch content up to 10% of content. Ruffles can also be made with satin, tulle organza or other non stretch light weight materials.

Other details

The pattern is designed for use with a sewing machine. An overlocker is not required however additional instructions are provided on when a serger can be used
